Dear Ruby Ribbon Stylists,

For over a decade, Ruby Ribbon has been a place where women uplifted each other.  Through confidence, comfort, connection, and opportunity we built something rare and real. We empowered hundreds of thousands of women to ditch their bras, feel great in their bodies, and find a sisterhood they never knew they needed.

Through all this purpose, commitment and impact, I share with a heavy heart and deepest respect that Ruby Ribbon will begin the process of winding down its business operations. 

This decision was not made lightly. Over the past few years, we’ve navigated rising economic pressures, evolving customer behaviors, supply chain disruptions, and the long tail of the pandemic’s impact on retail. Despite our best efforts to adapt and modify the business, continuing operations is no longer feasible.

Here’s what comes next:

• We will begin today by closing all open parties and awarding any rewards earned by Hosts. These rewards will be valid for our standard three-day policy.

• Customers will continue to be able to shop the full Ruby Ribbon collection while supplies last. This is a special opportunity to stock up on favorite styles and sizes before they’re gone—especially our most-loved Essentials.

• Our popular Essential Bundle offer currently remains active, giving customers 10% off when they purchase two or more core styles. This is a great way to offer value while maintaining full commissions. However, the New Customer Coupon will no longer be offered effective immediately.

• Stylists will continue to earn commissions on all eligible purchases. We encourage you to connect with all your past and current customers and serve confidently during this final season.

We will communicate regularly throughout this process to help you maximize your communication with customers and to build your final business volume.

As we walk through this final chapter together, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart—for the privilege of serving you and for the energy you’ve poured into this mission. You’ve inspired me with your courage, lifted me with your strength, and embraced me with your sisterhood. Ruby Ribbon was never just a business—it became a movement rooted in support, trust, and unstoppable women. Carry that forward. Keep showing up. Keep lifting others. This goodbye isn’t the one we imagined, but I will always be proud of the community we created side by side.
