STATUS UPDATES AS OF 2/18/2025
Resolved Issues:
- 3/18 – Back button after adding new contact is broken.
- 3/18 – Social sharing is showing complete for the day in the app, but on the backend, it’s not counting so your streak isn’t accurate.
- 3/18 – Training Video minutes not calculating correctly for daily goal – may overstate minutes watched, or under state minutes watched based on the length of the training video.
- 2/25 Training videos completed in the Office will count towards goals in the App.
- Improved language for a better UX for Stylist login and/or password reset flow.
- Calls now count towards new convos and follow- ups.
- Daily actions might not register even though goals are set (workaround – go back into the Goals page and click home/save). You should no longer need to do the workaround listed.
- Facebook Messenger opening up to the wrong contact — this is due to incorrect profile link added into the Prospects profile.
- Improved language for a better UX for Stylist login and/or password reset flow.
- 3/6 – Notifications inside the App not showing up correctly.
- Daily Streak reset and show 0 until actions taken and you’ve won the day then it resets to show your correct streak days.
- No follow-ups are shown for the TOP 3 ACTIONS.
- Follow-up paths to ensure every new convo path has a follow-up provided.
- Fit Finder survey results visible in Connect Office.
- IN QA Member Triggered Actions – refining of who shows up and for what reason
- Contact buttons not currently active (grey) due to it not pulling the right phone number field in the database
- Showing customers as “not logged in”
Suggestions & Enhancements Requested:
- Member actions to count towards daily goals.
- Snooze or delete option in the Top 3 Actions to allow for bypassing of a contact.
- Push Notification to remind Stylists to get into the app for the day and take action.
Feel free to submit enhancements and feature suggestions into Customer Support.

Where can I get my Connect login information?
An email was sent to all Stylists on Oct 30, 2024 from mail@rubyribbon.me with the subject line “Ruby Ribbon Connect”. New Stylists (Stylists enrolled after 10/30/2024) receive this email on the same day they enrolled as a Stylist.
How do I login to Connect App on Mobile?
Download the appropriate app for your cell phone with the following links.
To login, use your Stylist ID and password (NOT YOUR EMAIL). If you cannot recall your password, refer to the initial Connect email or reset your password.
Is my login for Connect the same as my Virtual Office login?
Stylist’s Ruby Ribbon VO password is not the same as the password for Connect. Of course, they can change the password to match their VO password, but these are two separate systems.
What is the difference between the App & Connect Office?
The app is intended for all of your 1 to 1 conversations, whereas the Connect Office is intended for 1 to many conversations. Review the Connect App Vs. Office document HERE.
